My Credentials

I am an ISMETA registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (RSME/T).  I originally trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, with a BA (hons) Dance Theatre and MA in Creative Practice; Dance Professional Pathway. I hold a diploma with the Institute of Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy. This included training in Authentic Movement and Therapeutic Presence, Embodied Anatomy and Movement Repatterning, Somatic Psychology and Infant Movement Development. I have completed a certificate in Person Centred Therapy at The Norwich Centre.
