1-to-1 sessions offer personalised support and are tailored to your needs and interests. My experience and integration of different humanistic, person centred and embodied therapeutic practices provides a flexible framework that can incorporate various modalities, including talking therapy, hands-on bodywork, visualisation, somatic enquiry, witnessing, movement repatterning and sensory integration. The shape of each session can change from one to the next, and is formed together through dialogue. For example, we might choose to focus more on a particular approach that we discover resonates with you.

I’m here to be alongside you in your healing journey. Somatic Therapy is a non-fixative approach and I have found at its best it is a collaborative process of enquiry that can take time to unfold. We will begin with a preliminary session exploring your hopes and expectations. Following this to ensure you get the most from our time together I ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 sessions, from which we can review how your goals and intentions are being met.
