I work with people of all ages from adults to early years and believe anyone can benefit from Somatic Therapy. Through its inclusive and person-centred approach, I have found this modality supportive for a range of psychological emotional and physical challenges including burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-confidence, physical pain and injury, developmental issues, or for processing challenging life events and transitions, such as grief and loss.
Not everyone will have something particular they would like to focus on but might have a more general interest in the therapeutic and/or spiritual benefits of working with the body as a place of insight and integration. This can take us to new and surprising places of inner connection and discovery.
I have experience in supporting individuals with disabilities including special educational needs, physical disabilities and neurodivergence, with an understanding of some of the unique challenges they may face.

I also work with creative people of all disciplines and stages in their artistic journey. My work in both therapeutic and artistic fields means that I walk the line between these with curiosity. Bringing a non-judgemental loving attention to our somatic experience can unlock cultural and personal barriers that might feel in the way of the creative expression and possibility, inherent in everyone.
